You may remember a few weeks ago when I found a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! parked behind an office building. Actually, you probably won’t remember it, because nobody was on Oppo that day, so you didn’t see it. Anyhow, today I stumbled across the same exact car, in the same minty condition and the same color. The only difference is about fifteen years. Okay, so it’s not quite as striking as the finned ‘59, but it’s still pretty damn cool. More than just that, this body style marked the last cool Eldorado. I’m sure there are people here that will disagree with me, but the fact is that after 1978, they got small and dorky and decidedly un-Eldorado-ish. This one, though, is still a car to lust after. The valet didn’t even mind me taking pictures.

It’s coming. And soon IMO. I think the next time the economy takes a decent upswing I won’t be able to afford one of these. Right now I just don’t have the room....
